This policy only applies to products purchased through our official website (www.mcquinsunglasses.co.uk).

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, all accessories, and in its packaging original. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return/refund, please fill out this form. If your return/refund is accepted, we will send you the address to which you should send the package. Items sent to us without having previously completed the return form will not be accepted.

The return costs will be borne by the customer. 

In the event that you decide to return all the products included in your original order, McQuin’s sunglasses will refund the original cost paid (including the cost of transportation from our warehouses to you, but never the transportation cost of the return). 

 

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 14 days of receipt) via this form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and fix it.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 business days to process and send the refund.
